RETURNS:
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Warranty Policy

All machines supplied by TVE Power Tools Sales Ltd are authentic UK sourced machines with full UK Warranties, and are covered by at least twelve months full manufacturers’ warranty. During the warranty period should any manufacturing or material fault occur the machine will be repaired at any official manufacturers repair station throughout the UK, and at the suppliers discretion may be replaced during the warranty period. Should for any reason a machine require attention the original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase, should this not be presented to a repair station the supplier cannot be held responsible for warranty work being refused, and a charge imposed. Please note most importantly that the warranty for power tools does not cover accidental damage, misuse and or abuse of the machine or fair wear and tear and the granting of any warranty repair is totally at the discretion of the repair station.

If you are in any way unhappy with any of your purchases, you can return all unused goods, in their original packaging, within 7 days for a refund or exchange. but must obtain a R.N. number (returns note), this number can only be given via email due to the way our system is set up, you should email us with a description of fault and make and model of product and we will forward you a R.N. number and date of collection. Any goods received without an R.N number will be returned to you at your expense.

Should a replacement product be dispatched before the faulty or unwanted item is received, you will be charged for all products (including delivery) until the returned product has been received. Only then will a refund be issued.

If you require a refund, we will credit your credit or debit card within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that the delivery charge is non-refundable.

For faulty goods, we will either replace the goods or refund you in full. We will inspect all products returned to us faulty. If we discover that they are not faulty we may recharge costs incurred by us.

If we send you a product that you did not order with us please use the returns policy. If you return it to us we will refund you the original delivery costs and the cost of returning the product.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.

All packages returned to us via the courier will be subject to reshipping charges of the original shipping value.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

You may cancel your order at any stage before, and up to 7 days after, the goods are delivered to you by notifying us in writing at the address or emailing us at the address given at the end of this section. We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within two working days of receiving it. Consequently, even if you do cancel your order shortly after placing it, it is possible that we may be unable to prevent goods you have ordered being dispatched to you and you may then need to return them to us.

All products come complete with the manufacturers warranty. Most products purchased on this site can also be taken to any main dealer along with your invoice for warranty work.

CREDIT CARDS:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All our credit card payments are processed by ‘XXXX part of Natwest Bank, giving you total peace of mind

PRIVACY POLICY:
TVE Sales Centre do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

DELIVERY:
All orders placed before 1pm for goods in stock will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following working day. If an item is short stocked it will be dispatched the following working day from the time of order. If we are unable to dispatch your goods within 2 working days we will contact you and give you the option to cancel.

We only dispatch to the card holders billing address as confirmed by the card issuers AVS system. If you require delivery to a different address you will need to contact us either by phone or E-mail so further security checks can take place.

You can have goods sent to an address other than your home adress by paying for goods by either cleared check or bank transfer, you will need to contact us by phone or E-mail to arrange this option.
