All of our products come straight from the manufacturer or importer. This ensures that you the customer receives the most up to date item available. This means you get a quick delivery and an authentic product.

WE ONLY DELIVER TO THE UK. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are normally despatched within 3 working days of the payments successfully clearing. A confirmation email will be sent (normally within 24hrs) to verify that the order has been received and goods can be delivered on the requested date. Certain items listed on our web site can take longer than the stated delivery time. In this scenario we will advise you of the new delivery date.

Our delivery times are determined by the manufacturer however we process the order the same working day and up date you as soon as possible of any delays in your purchase.

There will be additional delivery charges to the Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and any offshore Islands. This charge will be communicated to you before your order is processed. All orders are despatched on a next working day basis and will be delivered between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM.

On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked. You have 5 days to notify us at or 08449808787 of any damage, shortages or loss.

Rejection of goods on any other grounds must be communicated within 7 working days. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within the specified period.

PLEASE NOTE: For your security, all goods must be signed for. If you are not available to sign for the goods a notification of delivery will be left at the delivery address. It is your responsibility to contact our delivery partners to rearrange a delivery time. Delivery to a different address other than the card holder address is at our discretion.

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage. Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
